Comment: After graduation from North in 1961 I attended the University of Minnesota.  I graduated in 1965, moved to Los Angeles, worked a couple of years and found the love of my life, Elaine, and got married in 1968.  We celebrated our 43rd anniversary this year.

I attended the University of Arizona from 1971 to 1974 and recevied a degree in pharmacy.  We moved to San Diego after graduation and have lived here ever since.

We have two children:  Matthew (wife Jennifer) and Mollee.  Matt and Jennifer have three children and live in St Louis. 

Mollee is living in Huntington Beach, California and hopes to be married soon.

We have done a lot of camping while the children were young.  Our back can't handle the ground anymore so we are looking for a trailer to pull around the country.

I spent 35 years with Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, 33 years as a Pharmacy Manager.  I retired in 2009.

I continue to work per diem at Costco as well as the University of California Student Run Free Clinic  (pharmacy student and medical students) and supervise the pharmacy at three locations in San Diego (working aobut 12 hours a week)

Our travels have taken us to Central America, Egypt, Israel and Spain.  We head to France and Italy this fall.

Activities are golf (new), skiing, walking, yoga (3 to 4 times per week), pilates,and gardening in addition to our travels.  And we make several trips to St Louis every year.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.  We are not old or feeble.  WE ARE THE

What a wonderful life that started at good old "North Side High".



Went into the Navy after graduation, had a wonderful time in Cuba during the Cuba Missile Crisis.



Worked for Control Data for 25 years in various management positions (they would not let me do technical work so they made me a manager), still look back as time with a great company and wonderful times. Owned my own consultant company for 20 years after graduating from Control Data in 1988.



Married the love of my life (Karen Muck) in 1966, had 2 sons (Bill, Jim and now 7 grandkids). We have a cabin up north (Outing, Mn). Karen and I spend one winter in Florida and the next winter in Phoenix.

 

Grandkids are the ones that keep us young.



Time has slowed us down a bit, we do "Grandma and Grandpa" things now, as that TV show said "What a wonderful life". Who knew what was ahead of us in 1961.



Lee passed away in February of 2012.  He will be missed.
